At Blanco, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality, comfort, and care.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our towels, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and opened. This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are fresh, unused, and handled with the utmost care.


Damages and issues

If your order arrives with a defect or damage, we’re here to make it right.
You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product

To proceed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions
